You tried to mail me after Saturday the 20th and got back your messages, please write me again. *********************HYPERACTIVE WEEK END... Last week end has been pretty intense. Friday 19th evening in the nearby Chiasso we've seen LE TAMBOURE DU BRONXE... I think they can be considered as one of the few real "natural forces" in the semi-official artistic scene and one of the few "creature" I'm interested outside the underground. Yes, I can't see them like an underground project, but at the same time they've been able to convince me and shake all my body without stop. The show is their usual, about 18 persons stomping with violence and coordination on oil tanks creating a tribal atmosphere (but luckily not too "ethnic" like the previous time I saw them). A group of black dressed men as the best drum machine to bring back muscles and masculine power ruling over modernity. After an Intro reminescent of IUGULA-THOR's INRI, they get on stage, ordered, silent, serious, but 2 minutes of drumming and it's enough to forget the over 3 hours of afro music we'd been forced to see/listen before the happening. Flesh moving, decibels breaking our hears, bodies in... God... I dance, jump, scream like an idiot, but I don't feel myself too stupid seen that this is what everyone is doing around me.. My Como friends are shaking their bodies to something much different to what they are used to listen while we spend our lazy afternoon at a friend's place... we're much closer now... An outburst of sonic violence without equal for our area keep us close... Tension, tension, tension... Muscles in movement spreading energies in the air... Single shamans dance and scream on stage one by one while the army of drummers is beating without rest... Great! Saturday morning, after just 2h 30' of sleep I'm back on the road with Luca and Monica (a new entry in our crazy travels over the alps). This has been the funniest and more relaxed travel me and my trusted friend Luca has overtaken... A touch of feminine magick made the usual boring travel become a party by car... Great companion. This time we are really excited to see PANASONIC, the gods of minimal/experimental tekhno, one of the few rhythmical projects I like (can't wait to listen their record with Alan Vega...). The worse thing about this week end is the weather...The hot sun ruined most of our intellectual activities (the few left after LE TAMBURE playing) and made us feel like drunk for 48 hours... After a short stop in Munich to take our friends Tanja and Michi, we leave for Erlagen, a nice city near NUREMBERG where we always have fun and where in the past we've been lucky to be hosted in the TURBUND HEADQUARTER. Unluckily the main mind behind TuRBUND STURMWERK was not at home, it will be for the next time. When we arrive First thing we discover at the place is that PANASONIC is not going to play... God... The feeling we drove 700 km for nothing start mixing with tiredness, but it's enough to see our life time friends Kerstin , Silvio, Renee & co. that we get more positive about the evening... Nice talks with the usual friends from Pagan Muzak, TESCO, Membrum Debile Propaganda, HANDS and now ANT-ZEN, SRP (hallo Heiner!!!), TELEPHERIQUE, etc... Few time to speak with Stephan and Markus of Xphonozon who organized the event and were pretty nervous about the missing of the Finnish combo... But I think teh evening was OK! Very well organized as their usual... The place is the E-WERK a great multifunctional youth center with many rooms. Last time I've been there we were in the biggest room to see GENOCIDE ORGAN, ESPLENDOR GEOMETRICO, WINTERKALTE, STIGMA and NO FESTIVAL OF LIGHT... One of the nicest event I can remember... My ass still dance when I think about ESPLENDOR, but most of all my body tremble thinking about GENOCIDE ORGAN... That night my love for Germany people started... But that's another story... The show starts and we are outside, I'm very tired and the weather is too hot, inside is even worse, so I listen most of the show from outside... I'm having lots of fun with many people and I pay few attention to the show itself... I see some collaborations between members of BATCHAS and TELEPHERIQUE, and then ORPHYX... Outstanding, the sound is perfect, very powerful visual... very effective, with my preference for the most violent parts... Then a drunk friend ask me to go out with her and we spend some time in the pub... (Know who??? OhGotOhGotohGot...) After that moment I discover another room where there's a disco with ugly pop 80's German music, with people in sandals dancing and singing... wow... Great! I love it and go to dance there... Luca looks for me but can't understand that I've been there for about one hour dancing in the pit while people looked at me really weird for being the only black dressed guy in the hall... The shows end and we gather with other friends trading records and talking about business and future projects till 5:30 in the morning... Klaus tell us some funny things about the problems in printing the KLAN NATION 7" cover which delayed the new record... But most of all trying to defend our Monica from the hordes of German riders who wanted to kidnap her! But after a long fight we get back our horses and bring back her to Italy... God... We come back and take about 14 hours to get back in Pizzaland... We don't want to get back... It was too nice for us... Gray Italy is waiting for us... I'm writing a statement about environmentalism which will probably appear on the next MILITIA album, where other more famous friends will be hosted as well... I hope to finish it in time.
